that would be really good to make sure information doesn't get lost

Yes, we desperately need some way to have a popup on check-in like "tell guest to call his wife upon arrival / handoud the copies his secretary has sent / his colleague waits at the bar / guest belongs to a function => hand out the yellow lanyard / ticket on checkin" etc.
As a business hotel this is so crucial for us.
Of course we don´t have an open cabinet behind the reception any more, where we have the post-its or letters for each room, visible when you grab the key.
We need a digital solution for that!
Mostly 2 or 3 reception clerks are working on busy times and it´s absolutely necessary that an information on checkin doesn´t get lost in rush times and is available to everyone (post it is no option any more ;).

Best would indeed be a popup. If it doesn´t work like that in a browser, maybe some red blinking dominat part somewhere until confirmation, that info was read by the receptionist.

Something that comes up or at least stands out right beside the checkin button. Just in Notes is not enough => it´s a different tab and there is other info as well => gets lost.
