Import reservation state
Currently, it is not possible to import Optional bookings to Mews, which would create a lot of manual work adding those to your system. For this reason, it could helpful to add an additional column for State, which could help differentiate between Confirmed and Optional bookings. This new feature would not only add value to the import, but it could also creates a workaround to import allotments.

We’re happy to let you know that your requested feature has now been released and is available for all new onboardings - when importing reservations via our Excel import tool, reservations with a release date will be automatically set as Optional. Those without, are regular reservations.
