Covid Vaccination confirmation included in Online Check-in

When guests check-in, it would be great if they could confirm their vaccination status, therefore adding the "Health Compliant" badge to their profile.

    This is an urgent MUST in times of COVID, especially for self-check-in hotels. The data may not be stored, but verification must be performed. This is such an important feature, it is a pity that something like this has not been implemented in the last two years.

    Please be aware that personnal data protection makes it illegal in numerous countries to keep medical informations about guests after their stay. For hotels in those countries, it would be helpful for the information to be automatically deleted once the guests checks out.

    This function would be great, we don't have a receiption in person and need to find a quick online solution for this topic
