This is a critical lack of the application. Products should be restricted both seasonal, on specific room types as well as with an inventory count - for instance that the cot product closes after x number has been sold on a specific date.
As of now we have remove products from the BE if these are sold out on one specific dates, resulting in degredation of service and potential loss of revenue

This feature would have made our life a whole lot easier!

It would be great to be able to restrict products for certain dates.
For example when our restaurant is fully booked / hired exclusively for an event we need to either delete the product from the booking engine for upsell or note down the dates that it won't be available in the product description.
It would be so much easier to restrict them for that specific date.

As a highly seasonal venue, this is critical for our extra service sales. It doesn't make any sense to offer winter products for summer reservations and vice versa, since some guests book even a year in advance. Our previous booking engine could do this.

We only want to offer meals on dates that our kitchen team are open (we do not have a traditional restaurant as a retreat centre) and one off experiences on set dates - please add this feature.

I want to add special dinners that are available only certain days of the week. So this is critical for me.

Hey Mews, there are multiple requests for product restrictions.
How about gathering them all together? (and adding the requested feature to MEWS)

We want this too.

For example to restrict which room types be booked by visitors with dogs (dog = product added to room.) and how many dogs (max amount of dogs to be added to room).

Yes, we need to be able to limit products on the booking engine! We want to offer flowers, but only to people booking at least 24 hours in advance (it can't be arranged same day). We want to offer late checkouts, but only on our standard rooms (we can't do late checkouts on suites), etc.

Promotions can often include complimentary stay products, such as breakfast. However, one way to make these deals more specific would be adding or restricting a stay product based on the space type booked by the customer. This could create a great incentive for customers to choose higher categories as a result. For example, properties may want to restrict breakfast for only the lowest space category while including it for all others.
