Messaging function connected to customer profile
Would it be possible with the messaging function to have all the messages automatically attached to clients profile?
Example: A receptionist is chatting with an arriving customer, but finishes his shift before this client arrives, another receptionist may not know/ check the read messages. It would be easier for the staff to have all guest messages attached to their profile.

Having the chat linked to the user / reservation is basic. Super important!

It would be great to have this connected to the reservation as well, similar to the notes. Sometimes an important info is hidden in there.
