Extended action log
With extending action log, you will be able to see more information about changes that have been made in your property.

You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

It would be great if we could close or open the same types of changes. Ie: if a 100 night long booking is set up, the log starts with 100 individual lines of the nights being added. If this could be condensed into an openable line saying - nights added (and then if opened we can see all the 100 lines) that would make searching in the log muuuch easier. Same for rate override - if consecutive nights or products were changed, I wish to see the type of change and only delve into the details if the change itself is relevant, otherwise I would scroll through it faster to get to the action I am actually investigating.
An overview of which changes have been made for a specific date would be helpful (restrictions, price adjustments)...

please include: mailings send also the mailings from proforma or invoices.

More detailed information such as exactly how/why pricing was updated would be very useful, also the option for staff to include notes that appear in the action log for example (xxxx repriced order due to customer complaint, 50% off)

If you would like Mews to implement a change log to track any setting changes made to integrations, specifically to channel managers, upvote this request.
A potential alternative would be to create more detailed user rights that do not allow for easy change of standard settings.
Let us know how important this is for you and what you would prefer through through comments and by voting.
If we could export from the action log via a .csv, that would be great.
