  3. As there may be many tasks created for your property, they can be difficult to keep track of when managing many aspects of your operations. For this reason, passing task deadlines should generate a notification for the task creator or any department members to which the task is assigned. After being sent, these pending notifications would only be dismissed when the task is fully completed. This implemented feature could help all members of your team stay more on schedule and would encourage task completion in line with all assigned deadlines.

  13. As guests book close to holiday seasons, this can make operations difficult for your property when you may already be low on staff members. With the addition of close to arrival and close to departure restrictions, you can easily specify those dates when you'd like to restrict either check-ins or checkouts.

  14. When making a reservation through the NRS, I would like to select the credit card or enter the details of the guest's credit card when making the reservation. Right now, I need to make the reservation and then add it separately

  16. Right now, it is only possible to check rate totals when creating a new reservation. Even then, the total price is shown based only on the currently selected rate for stay and products added. A rate query tool would be a great option to help clarify and check prices, availability, and restrictions that may apply to different rates, with or without certain products. This additional functionality could also help revenue, sales, and marketing departments to save time and streamline their efforts.

  20. Stay services are offered to make guests feel comfortable and pampered, and with the provision of these amenities, guest will feel more relaxed and satisfied throughout their stay. For this reason, it is important that orders are attended to as soon as possible. Enabling notifications for stay service orders means that your staff will be alerted about these orders immediately, allowing you to provide excellent customer service at all times.
