On the guest profile there should be a number which shows how often a guest has been in the hotel before

Choose the info to keep when merging guest profiles
It is about merging guest profiles. As soon as we are merging guest profiles and you choose to keep one profile it takes both addresses. If someone makes a reservation for a year on for example HRS - it takes both. So we also need to delete for exmpl. 60 profiles from the same person which takes ages!

Generate more complex guest UIDs to decrease the amount of duplicate profiles created in MEWS.
Currently we create guests' Unique IDentifiers' (UIDs) from email addresses and it works great in most cases, however this is a flawed approach as email is not a required data point, and if a guest does not use one this effects duplicate guest profiles in MEWS (once the guest returns to the property for another stay). Properties then have to merge these profiles, losing time, and reporting accuracy.
In my opinion this is not good user experience, is inefficient and requires a more elegant solution.
We could for instance generate them from: Name + Surname + Street name instead.

add language as field when exporting customer profiles to excel
When you export customer profiles to excel, the field 'language' is not added. So I need to filter on postal code to know which language the customer speaks. Which is totally incorrect.

Have an RFID field in guest profile
We would like to have a direct link from our cashier system to book invoices to a guest profile using an RFID field that would be available in the guest profile. We also have guest accounts that hold more than one RFID. This option will make the administration of invoices a lot easier. Additionally, it will increase guest satisfaction.

Export of booker email address
When you make an export of the reservation report grouped by booker, you won't have a column for the email address of the booker. It would be nice if this could be added for marketing purposes.

Be able to add more options on the regstration card (specially during the corona crises)
example: how did you travel to the Netherlands? Do you have any coronavirus symptoms? What if the motive of your visit (with options): 1. Business 2. Staycation 3. Leisure etc

Equality of company and guest profiles
We often have the problem that companies do not provide guest names when booking. However, a guest name must be specified in the booking process.
It would therefore make sense to equate the company profiles with the guest profiles so that bookings are easier and guest names can be added later.
This would also simplify invoicing for companies, as these are then saved in the company profile and allow a better overview.2 votes -
Print registration cards for date at once
It would be such a timesaver to be able to print all the registration cards for one day (/today) with one click!

We have reviewed the request to print multiple registration cards in one go for the day, this is currently possible from reservation overview report.
You can perform this action by selecting a date you would like to print the registration cards for (it can be the current date or a date in the future), click the button “Registration cards” on the top right. This will open a new tab with all of the registration cards for the date you have selected, from here you will be able to print out the registration cards.

Add "Extended" in Origin of Booking
When a member wishes to extended their stay, would be nice if their was "Extended" options in origin of booking so we can differentiate if a guest booked through an OTA then extended or booked through an email then extended because presently we have to mark them as "walk ins" and this dilutes our actually "walk in" numbers.

Titles: Incorrect translation of Ms to Miss
At the moment, in the front end, it is possible to use titles Mr, Mrs and Ms. In the API, this then becomes Mister, Misses, Miss.
There is a difference between Ms and Miss and someone who is a Ms is not necessarily a Miss. There should be a way to indicate that a female guest does not want to share their marital status - by at least introducing two different titles for Miss and Ms in both Front End and API, but better still by updating the titels altogether to reflect modern age.3 votes -
guest profile internal classification - add smoker to drop down menu
It would be handy if we could mark guests as smokers. our property is a non-smoking environment (as most places are now), so being aware of guests who do smoke is important in the allocation of spaces

Guest's credit card
In our regular Guest's profil, we have sometimes 10 times the same credit card because our guests book online.
Mews should be able to merge credit card in guest's profils if the card is already register. Or at least, we should be able to remove the duplicates.27 votes -

Notes should be on the status tab. some where easily visisble so that agents dont miss important details. Notes should also pop up when you open the reservation and the agent can dismiss the note once its read.

LTS Integration - Alto Adige Region, Italy
All properties in the Alto Adige region have to report to the Landesverband der Tourismusorganisationen Südtirols (LTS) extranet. The following information must be reported per reservation or even per guest and it takes a lot of time to manually enter. Clients in this region would prefer automatic reporting.
Information reported via LTS portal:
Police Report
ISTAT
City Tax
Brixen Card: Holiday card for guests plus all public transport of the South Tyrolean integrated transport network (this is offered in Bressanone province). Also requested from some Austrian clients.8 votesHello Mewsers!
