  1. As we have many returning guests, we need to know which customer belongs to the same family. It would be great to merch Children to their parents and a wife to her husband and visa versa.

    Like this we get to know our guests better and the booking process for future stays will be even easier.

  2. Make "PURPOSE" non -configurable in the setup so agents do not have to see it or have the ability to adjust it. Similar to the choice given to market segments

  3. When you make a new reservation with a returning guest profile there comes a pop-up with important details about the guest.
    Just a note screan that we can fill in, about room numbers they prefer, if they have a dog, that they always want an extra pillow etc.
    That would be great.

  5. To be able to generate a report of duplicate profiles (All profile types) report. This will help in managing the merging process for individual profiles and at least flag the other duplicates that can not be merged ie company profiles.

  7. When you export customer profiles to excel, the field 'language' is not added. So I need to filter on postal code to know which language the customer speaks. Which is totally incorrect.
    Please add the field 'language' to the excelfile guest profiles.

  8. could we have some open options on the internals on the guest profile please. at the moment the list is not working for us at all with most options not applicable and those that we need not on the list.
    have perhaps some standard ones (like return guest / complaint), but leave around 10 open fields per property which we are able to populate ourselves.
    currently it is as good as pointless having this feature

  9. Why is it that if a name is entered incorrectly at reservation, that if it is updated in the system, it doesn't show up as changed on the timeline or the guest's dashboard?
    It's not until you go completely into the guest's profile that you can see the changes.
    EG: A guest uses the name Bob at reservation then later asks for it to be under Robert Dawson. The name Bob is the only thing that shows on the timeline and dashboard

  12. Require a valid CC on file in order to allow a reservation to become guaranteed. Reservations taken by phone / email / in-person don't currently require a credit card on file. A front desk agent can select "Cash" or some other form of payment for a reservation.

  13. When changing the number of people in a booking if you select KEEP OLD PRICE, the system will change the city tax and add the difference to the room price. Please change this so that the price of the room is not changed, the city tax has nothing to do with room night prices.

  14. Digital signature for registration cards in the main Mews system.

    Kiosks or pre-arrival is great, but this feature is really needed in all devices. Our teams are equipped with ipads and MS Surface laptops. For them not having this feature and having to drag the guest to the kiosk does not gives the right impression. Especially for guests who failed to check in at kiosk for whatever reason.

  15. When adding multiple reservations to one gast profile, it would be beneficial to copy paste all the tasks to the other reservations. Therefore, it would be beneficial to add more reservations to one task. or an option to copy and paste a task.

  16. it would be great to differentiate between the origings of the customers/connector type conncerning the automatic system email. Because for some integrations, we do not want this email to be sent: ivvy, vouchercard, fidelo etc.

  17. Wanneer je de namenlijst downlaod met de nieuwe groepsfunctie (multiple reservations). Pakt die alle reserveringen in die profiel, dit is niet handig want voor groepen heb je wel is verschillende namen per reservering ( denk aan tourboekingen). Daarnaast als je de namenlijst downlaod staat alle datums door elkaar, dit is niet in te vullen op een normale manier. Alvast bedankt!

  18. Currently, it is possible to adapt our registration cards in MEWS. However, if we do so, the registration card that a guest sees during their online check-in does not change. Both registration cards should be similar with the same data required.

  19. To have a quick report for one team it would be easier to filter by product categories. For example food & drinks - to get a list of all products produced in the kitchen or spa & wellness to get a list of massages and treatments. Time of consumption would be another benefit for being prepared.

  20. When you scan a ID-Card or a passport, the system has a problem reading the date the card expires - especially if it expires somewhere around the years 2010 - 2030. The system alway reads 1910 - 1920?!
