  2. I would like to be able to download the action log to excel. It will make it easier for me to control the work of the revenue manager who changes the prices. It would be good to be able to download this report automatically via exports ->schedules.

    Removing product orders from a bill would create inaccurate reporting for revenue teams, would you be able to share with us more information with regards to why you would like to delete product orders?

  4. This is one for the account creators out there and should already be a thing.

    Adding users to each site individually is a ridiculous process that takes far too long. There should be a centralised account creation page where you can just tick a box for which sites/properties you want to assign them access to.

    The fact you cant have multiple sites open at once is another hurdle that needs to be addressed.

  5. Maybe add a feature of whenever you click on a guest profile a pop up trace of any important information can be seen first hand ie (Special occasion, take payment of VC, route payment) a

  6. The new layout with boxes and not lines to write on is very disturbing for the eye. Mostly when checking the customer profile, but in general too. Please bring back the simple line. More elegant AND non the less way more eye-friendly!

  8. With the new group option you have the possibility to add multiple reservations to one profile. However when you add a big group of rooms in multiple reservations (think about tour bookings, same date 20+ rooms) in one profile, you see many reservations in your right screen (manage). It would be more clear if you create a drop-through per reservation date, so you do not see all the seperate reservations and rooms. Meaning that you will see all the reservations below eachother instead of also seeing all the rooms under the date. In this way you have a better overview…

  9. A canceled reservation still appears in the guest's navigator, would it be possible to choose which of them to permanently delete?
    I offer my guests different spaces or tariffs, they choose one, and then the others end up being canceled but they are still present in their navigator, cutting it up. I wish I was able to delete the irrelevant ones.

  12. When making optional bookings, this means we are holding a room/rooms but the booking is not confirmed.
    If this bookings is never confirmed, we should have an status called released instead of cancelled, as you are not really cancelling the booking, you are releasing the booking.

  14. Is it possible to make the task field in MEWS bigger again so that you can drag the field to write info in it?

    Before the update, you could drag the "Description" window larger using the arrows at the bottom right.

  15. At present, when you merge profiles, only the notes on the profile you chose to keep are saved. Any notes on the duplicate profile are lost.

  17. I would like to set a "Minimum advance reservation" restriction 4 hours before midnight (8 pm). Then customers cannot reserve online after 8 pm for reservations on that day of arrival. Our reception closes at 9 pm. This way our reception has at least 1 hour to help guests with information (digital keys, night safe) for a late arrival.

  20. Hi, there is limited "space type" to choose from, and not always describing the product.
    Could you add a option to make new "Space type" yourself, or at least add more options like cabin and lodge so it easier to keep types appart
