Thanks Aldair,
that is indeed helpful, but the report is so extensive meaning every time we run it we need to amend it. From a fire evacuation point you only really need guest name, room number, arrival & departure date, telephone number and if they need assistance evacuating. A ready made report would be much easier.Simone Steins

and also for high-chairs please.
we only have a limited number of cots / high-chairs / z-beds available and currently are not able to see which ones have been booked for what date. we are currently keeping a manual overview which is double work plus risk of errors when bookings get moved on dates or cancelledSimone Steins

Review of Mews Search starting and in exploration phase

currently when you look at the availability report and scroll through the dates, you are no longer able to see the column with the categories of unit types. that is really annoying and prone for mistakes to be made.
now you need to look at a week at a time and then do a new search.is there any chance you freeze the category column on the screen (like you have done for the date row).

when printing the "guests in house" report, in the options there should be the choice to tick "phone number" like you are able to click on "car registration". that would solve most of the problem
