Hello from the Mews product team and thank you for your suggestion! We can confirm that email is an optional field in Kiosk (formerly Operator) as well as during the Online Check-in. So guests are able to skip entering the email for any children in their group.

*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

We have 9 hotels situated the Belgian coast. A lot of people prefer to pay via Bancontact in stead of Visa / Master Card. A lot of guests even can't book because they don't have a credit card. Maybe making a bank transfer via bank app would work great as well.
