Hey Mewsers, Good News! We started researching and collating information about this feature request and Age-based pricing is now on our roadmap as one of our priorities for 2021.
There will be several iterations of releases throughout this year as it is a complex subject that we are tackling. Including pricing, stay products, city taxes, and many more. Now you can add special events or notes in your Enterprise Settings. These show as an icon & note on the Timeline & Rate Management screens, and on the Availability and Occupancy reports.

Hey Mewsers, we do understand that this idea is really important to the Mews Hospitality Community, and whilst it’s not something on the Mews roadmap, we have an exciting update from one of the Mews integration partners!
Mews Marketplace now offers a connection to Omniboost Allotments (https://www.mews.com/en/products/marketplace/omniboost-allotments) with which you can add the functionality of creating allotment blocks and reservations to your MEWS property.
Simply log-in to Mews, click on Marketplace → Event Management → Omniboost Allotments, select ‘Create new account’ and subscribe!

Hello from the Mews product team. Unfortunately, this request has not received the necessary upvotes to be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered. Thank you for sharing your suggestions.
Stay products are now posted on the date they’re consumed. All existing products have been replaced with products with the updated settings. Any products posted to an existing, future reservation were also updated to the new posting settings.
How do you like the feature so far and do you have any ideas for the future?

Hello from the Mews product team.
At the moment we feel that the functionality around restrictions is flexible.
You are able to apply restriction across different rates using rate groups for example, or apply them to the base rate which will restrict all related rates. Please check out our Help guides on https://help.mews.com/en/ for more information about our restrictions functionality.
We also introduced the ability to view restrictions on a calendar which provides a great overview of currently applied restrictions.
Therefore, we are currently not prioritising this request, but we will keep it open for further comments and opportunity to upvote, especially around the requests of being able to select multiple space types to apply the restriction to.

Hi there Mewsers!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!
We are very happy to announce that we have released the functionality that will allow you to attach tasks to reservations.
