Hello from Mews product team!
Good news! You can now request disabling of the “Customer added” email (also known as “Account created”) through our Support.
Based on several feedback sessions with many of you this solution is looking to be the best one (comparing to e.g. email customization).

Hi Mewsers! We're happy to announce that we've released the Messaging API (& webhook)!
Whether you're using an external tool or handling everything in Mews chat, you can now unify all messages to and from guests in one place.
Integration partners are now able to check out the use case in our API documentation and start building a connection to the Mews chat function.

An error occurred while saving the comment Janick Ploeg van der commentedAs Bookboost is the channel for centralizing your messaging via several channels, like Facebook and your website chat etc., it would be perfect if the messaging of MEWS could be integrated as well. As Booking.com is exploring the same, this would be perfect for hoteliers to have all messaging in one program.

Stay products are now posted on the date they’re consumed. All existing products have been replaced with products with the updated settings. Any products posted to an existing, future reservation were also updated to the new posting settings.
How do you like the feature so far and do you have any ideas for the future?

Hello Mewsers,
We are very happy to inform you that we have released the new group billing screen!
On this screen you will be able to remove items that have accidentally been added to a bill.
We are currently working on the ability to automatically post negative charges (rebates) with a single click.
Please note this functionality is only available on the new billing screen which will continue to run along side the current billing module.
