Let the booker fill in the data of all companions
For properties with AutoCheck-in we need the booker to be able to fill in the data of all guests as some of them (old people and children) don't have email address to complete the compulsory data of the registration cards.

Effectivement cela est un frein important dans la démarche de nos clients qui ne finissent pas le process de ce fait ! En espérant que nous aurons une correction de cela rapidement !

When guests are doing an online check-in, the system asks for an email address for the 1st profile. Then it asks who else will be travelling. When adding an additional profile it asks for another email address. Some families have one email address. The system does not allow you to add the other profile without inserting a valid email and hence the on-line check in can't be complete.
Can this be looked into that the system allows the email field to be left empty?

Its very discouraging for guests to complete the online check-in when kids do not have email adresses and defeats the purpose of the online check in..

Great idea and very important! Many guests are contacting us and are really frustrated because the companions (e.g. children) do not have additional email-addresses or a family just do not like to register a second one. So, please solve these issue with over 100 votes. This could be mandatory as in the distributor.

This would save time of guests and front desk staff and result in better customer satisfaction.
When guests checkin online I often hear the complaint that when filling in the 2nd guest registration form and entering the same emailadress (elderly guests) they cannot proceed (because they should use a second emailadress).
Lots of older couples only have one emailadress.
I would prefer to have just 1 complete guest registration form and not the option to fill in a second one.

This feature would really be necessary as now we all need to minimize check-in times and ensure safe and fast check in so I really hope that this comes soon because we already need it now especially during COVID 19 times! Otherwise online check-in does not make sense! Thanks! Christina

A similar situation is needed for us as we don't have a front desk and online check-in is where we collect customer data.
Most guests add their companions and would be able to also add companions full info as well (date of birth, address and document number).
Would make the process so much more smoother if that would be possible.

Yes, please make this possible!! And an email address should not be mandatory (i.e. children have no email address).

Check-in for companions and family members needs to be improved!! To enter all datas from all guest takes way to much time!

When the booker completes details for companions (Checking in another person) then the companion should become the owner of that booking?

Many guests travel with children or companions who may not have their own email addresses. In these cases, online check-in is not really possible as an email address is required to complete the process before arrival. To solve this issue, Navigator could include an option for supplying child or companion data submitted on behalf of another.
