Indeed, at the moment, the rooms are sorted first by room type and then by room number.
When a guest returns a key with only the room number on it, we first need to identify the room type, find where that room type is located in the list, and then look for the room number. This is not very convenient.
If we could sort the rooms by room number instead, it would make the process much easier and faster.

We are almost 7 years later... It has been millions € in commissions that Belgian hotels could have spared. But it is Mews who kept a %age of it. On the other hand we keep receiving messages proposing good conditions to borrow money... yeah, it could have been our money...
Mews is not manage by hoteliers anymore. Banks took it over long ago.

I was pointing out the importance of being able to search the reservation report based on vouchers.
At the moment, we can only sort by voucher, but we cannot search for a specific voucher.
If we want to know how many times a voucher has been used over the year, it is not possible. Indeed, we would need to take all reservations and search month by month, as the search scope is too large to run for longer periods. Then, we would need to manually sort the reservations from the list received (as all reservation have a voucher even the ones who do not have a voucher are listed as "no-voucher"... so the list is uge).

This is almost 2 years ago. And it was probably not the first version on the request.
I mean, it is just common sense that we need this on your booking engine.
It should not take 2 years to vote and to develop the feature...

Ja, maar dat is niet het enige probleem.
Aangezien de PDF niet wordt meegestuurd, wordt er via Peppol automatisch een factuur aangemaakt. Die factuur is echter zeer onoverzichtelijk.
Bovendien, wanneer producten in Mews worden gebundeld of verpakt (packed products), blijven deze toch zichtbaar op de eindfactuur die via Peppol wordt verstuurd. De klant kan daardoor nog steeds de details van de opgesplitste producten zien.
Net dat willen we vermijden. Het doel is immers dat de klant enkel een duidelijke en vereenvoudigde factuur ontvangt, zonder alle onderliggende details.
