    It would be the best, if we could create routing rules per reservation, otherwise we are too inflexible. Some companies pay for guests but not for employees for example.
    There are also private groups who are going to pay some products together, etc..

    Hi there, why are the guests not owner? If I understand it right, you add the guest just as compagnion and a company guest profile as owner?
    Why is that?

    It´s very important to be able to split. Small groups, companions, families with several rooms, we have requests every week.

    It's difficult to understand that splitting products and items isn't possible.
    For example: One room with two guests. One of the guests is participating in a seminar, the other one is a private companion. The room rate and breakfast for Guest One are charged to the company, while the other person pays for their breakfast and upcharge privately on site. And now?
    Sorry, but it's a bit ridiculous that we have no simple solution and have to bend over backwards for this. You should develop it quickly in this case.

    How is it possible to downgrade rooms like that? Surely the guests don’t like that so much?
    I do not understand yet, how should this be nessesary or good.
