An error occurred while saving the comment Ethan R commentedWithout a doubt this is incredibly important. Retreats are a major part of our business and I'm paranoid about emails going out that show the rate information the group leader is paying - and then reselling.
If a rate got to a guest, we would lose our client!

An error occurred while saving the comment Ethan R commentedWe have multiple ID Card types that need to be reported as well. C.C, C.E, T.I. etc ... Currently I have no way of exporting a report showing what type of ID card someone uses.

This is very important as we settle on arrival. Knowing who owes and who doesn't at a glance is vital for front-desk staff.
