Sometimes the corporate voucher rate is actually more expensive than the public rate so we do not want guests to see the public rates, only the rate attached to their voucher.

Yes, this would save us so much time each day checking allocations. In a big property with high occupancy this can take a couple of hours each day so sort this out for todays arrivals + a few days in advance (needs to be done in advance to get them in the same dorm).

This would save so much time, currently we have to add comments on each reservation.
To avoid having too many symbols visible maybe allow the property to set which symbols are important for them to view.
