Hi there Mewsers!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

Hello from the Mews product team. Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, this request will not be added to the Mews development roadmap for the next six months and is unlikely to be delivered.

It would be very useful for us to be able to manage the categories we give to our guests depending on each property.
It is a pity that we are limited to the pre-established labels and that you do not understand that not all hotels have the same needs in this regard and that we cannot make this more flexible.
Hopefully they can do something soon.
