Quote engine special requests section
We’ve noticed that customers are not using the “Special Request” field when building their quotes online. In practice, this section isn’t serving its intended purpose, and we believe it could be far more useful if repurposed as a general information or event‑description field.
By inviting customers to briefly outline their event vision, goals, schedule, or any relevant context, we would gain the foundational understanding we currently have to gather through additional emails or phone calls. Accept and reject buttons
The accept and reject buttons on the customers quote should be located below the comments section and above the terms and conditions. I've had far too many customers contacting us because they don't know how to accept. This is understandable as by the time they have scrolled down to the useful information they have no reason to scroll back up to the top of the page.

leider ist nicht nachzuvollziehen welcher Mitarbeiter, wann welche Informationen geändert hat ein Zeitstempel oder ein Aktionsprotokoll wäre sinnvoll!

Verlinkungen für die operative anwenden
Man macht zu viele Klicks, um an Informationen zu kommen.
Bis unser Küchenchef im Function Sheet angekommen ist (über den Time table) muss man zu viele Klicks machen. Am besten kommt man über die generelle Wochenübersicht direkt in die Veranstaltungsdetails.2 votes -

Änderungen und Stornierungen proaktiv an das VEranstaltungsteam kommunizieren
Wenn es Veranstaltungsänderungen gibt (Personenanzahl, Änderung Essen) sollten die Entsprechenden Abteilungen (Personen) informiert werden. Proaktive Informationen erleichtern die Veranstaltungsausführung. Bitte unbedingt einführen!

Create a button for reservations/groups to close postings on a reservation.

Lost state for blocks
it would be valuable for sales teams to know the difference between deals cancelled by guests, and deals lost due to bad proposal, or lost because the guest went to another property.

Bei manuellen Buchungen sollten nur noch die Veranstaltungsarten auszuwählen sein, die mit dem dazugehörigen Kundentypen und den dazugehörigen Eventplänen verknüpft sind.

Can I get a hard copy (ex PDF) of the quote. Not every company can open a link in an email.

Function sheet templates.
It would be a good idea to have some templates for function sheets. For specific function types with repeated tasks.
This way things will be less likely t be missed for example;
Wedding schedule
Wedding Schedule with ceremony
Team building Schedule
Anniversary Dinner

Packages
We would like to have more options with regards to creating packages.
For example a package including stay, breakfast and tourist tax.
Or a package with an activity, lunch and drinks. However these packages don't work at the moment. You have to select a stay, this doesn't sync with PMS and thus doesn't add value.1 vote -

Im Angebot werden die Veranstaltungspreise und Zimmerpreise zusammengerechnet und daraus ein Preis pro Gast ermittelt. Bitte in den Angeboten den Veranstaltungspreis pro Gast und den Übernachtungspreis getrennt aufführen.
