Create an action log
It would be great if an action log would be created. That way we can see when and who the quotes are made, adjusted or send by. Similar to PMS.

Daily delegate packing including supplementary services
It would be great if, in Mews events, it were possible to create a seminar or daily delegate package with the option to add supplementary services.

Meeting room price per hour
Currently, in Mews Events it is possible to set the price for a meeting room per day and per half-day. We would like to see the option to set an hourly rate and differentiate between weekdays and weekends.

Invoice from PMS for Mews Events
Would it be possible to use the PMS invoice in Mews Events?
The layout from Mews Events is different from the final invoice for events in PMS. Also according to Dutch law we need to split VAT low and high on the invoice, therefore the invoice from PMS would have preference.2 votes -
Create filter in Mews Events dashboard
It would be great to be able to filter the customertype or event coordinator in the Mews Events dashboard.
In our hotel, the business guests and private guests are handled by different event planners.

Quote, prices excluding VAT
In the Netherlands, it is customary for business quotations to be prepared excluding VAT. The VAT amount is shown at the bottom of the quotation. Because all prices are displayed including VAT, we appear more expensive compared to our competitor in the price of an overnight stay.

Signature image
An improvement in Mews events would be the ability to upload a signature as an image in the settings. At the moment, it’s only possible to draw one manually, which doesn’t always produce the best results. The option to upload or paste an image would be a great enhancement.

Option to edit the name of a service in the quote
In the quote, the course is added to a service. For example, a slice of cake is either breakfast/lunch or dinner. While it's actually more in-between.
We would like to be able to either not have the course added to the service. Or be able to change the name of the service manually to remove the course.2 votes -

Create a button for reservations/groups to close postings on a reservation.

Lost state for blocks
it would be valuable for sales teams to know the difference between deals cancelled by guests, and deals lost due to bad proposal, or lost because the guest went to another property.
