Sync city tax / tourist tax from PMS
Currently, it is not possible to synchronize the tourist tax in Mews Events under the Accommodation service with Mews. As a result, we are also unable to export it, and it has to be added manually. Could this be synchronized?

Add programm to quote
It would be great if we can add a programm to the quote. For example a meeting event.
08:30u Arrival at ...
10:00u Coffee/Tea and something sweet
12:00u Lunch at....
13:00u Your meeting continues...
etc.That way guest will know the structure of their event. And this data can be used in the function sheets

Invoice from PMS for Mews Events
Would it be possible to use the PMS invoice in Mews Events?
The layout from Mews Events is different from the final invoice for events in PMS. Also according to Dutch law we need to split VAT low and high on the invoice, therefore the invoice from PMS would have preference.5 votes -
Meeting request send with confirmation for the Agenda.
Meeting request send with confirmation for the Agenda.
Propose automaticly a Meeting request for the Agenda of the client with the booking dates and check-in and out dates. Automaticly updated if timming is changed in the agenda with MEWS.
To avoid any misunderstunding with booking dates and that the client have the informations automaticly in his Agenda

Personalizing emails
We are running into the issue that there are no email templates available for personalization, and the current emails are extremely impersonal. When guests receive a quotation of a significant amount, we would like to add a personal email to it. We regularly hear feedback that the communication feels very impersonal at the moment.
Ideally, we would like to have templates for various standard emails, but also the option to customize, for example, the first email sent with the quotation, so that we can add personal touches to make the guest feel more welcome.

Verlinkungen für die operative anwenden
Man macht zu viele Klicks, um an Informationen zu kommen.
Bis unser Küchenchef im Function Sheet angekommen ist (über den Time table) muss man zu viele Klicks machen. Am besten kommt man über die generelle Wochenübersicht direkt in die Veranstaltungsdetails.2 votes -

Wenn es Veranstaltungsänderungen gibt (Personenanzahl, Änderung Essen) sollten die Entsprechenden Abteilungen (Personen) informiert werden. Proaktive Informationen erleichtern die Veranstaltungsausführung. Bitte unbedingt einführen!

Sending mails from the property mailadres instead of quotelo.fr
Currently emails to guests are send from [email protected]. We would like to use the property emailadress, as the PMS does.

Option to edit the name of a service in the quote
In the quote, the course is added to a service. For example, a slice of cake is either breakfast/lunch or dinner. While it's actually more in-between.
We would like to be able to either not have the course added to the service. Or be able to change the name of the service manually to remove the course.3 votes -
Quote, prices excluding VAT
In the Netherlands, it is customary for business quotations to be prepared excluding VAT. The VAT amount is shown at the bottom of the quotation. Because all prices are displayed including VAT, we appear more expensive compared to our competitor in the price of an overnight stay.

Signature image
An improvement in Mews events would be the ability to upload a signature as an image in the settings. At the moment, it’s only possible to draw one manually, which doesn’t always produce the best results. The option to upload or paste an image would be a great enhancement.

Im Angebot werden die Veranstaltungspreise und Zimmerpreise zusammengerechnet und daraus ein Preis pro Gast ermittelt. Bitte in den Angeboten den Veranstaltungspreis pro Gast und den Übernachtungspreis getrennt aufführen.
