Invoice from PMS for Mews Events
Would it be possible to use the PMS invoice in Mews Events?
The layout from Mews Events is different from the final invoice for events in PMS. Also according to Dutch law we need to split VAT low and high on the invoice, therefore the invoice from PMS would have preference.7 votes -
Sending mails from the property mailadres instead of quotelo.fr
Currently emails to guests are send from [email protected]. We would like to use the property emailadress, as the PMS does.

Localise quotes for British usage
The banking details on the quote etc are European. There is no way to put British bank details; sort code and account number. The quote is going out to our guests with no details on how to pay a deposit. We don't use BIC or IBAN no's here. There are also numbers like SIRET? Which is not something we use, so leaving it on the quote when it is blank makes the document look unprofessional and unfinished.
How the VAT is handled is complicated, I am sure different countries have different requirements.

It would be a good idea to have some templates for function sheets. For specific function types with repeated tasks.
This way things will be less likely t be missed for example;
Wedding schedule
Wedding Schedule with ceremony
Team building Schedule
Anniversary Dinner

Analytics data is lacking
Are there any plans to expand the analytics available in MEWS Events? It would be extremely valuable for forecasting if we could report on total revenue for signed, pending, and accepted bookings within a chosen date range based on arrival date rather than created date. At the moment, MEWS Events doesn’t provide the level of forecasting or sales‑focused reporting that sales managers need, and this functionality would make a significant difference

Quote engine special requests section
We’ve noticed that customers are not using the “Special Request” field when building their quotes online. In practice, this section isn’t serving its intended purpose, and we believe it could be far more useful if repurposed as a general information or event‑description field.
By inviting customers to briefly outline their event vision, goals, schedule, or any relevant context, we would gain the foundational understanding we currently have to gather through additional emails or phone calls. This change would streamline the process for both the customer and our team, allowing us to approach each enquiry with a clearer sense of what…2 votes -
Accept and reject buttons
The accept and reject buttons on the customers quote should be located below the comments section and above the terms and conditions. I've had far too many customers contacting us because they don't know how to accept. This is understandable as by the time they have scrolled down to the useful information they have no reason to scroll back up to the top of the page.

Option to edit the name of a service in the quote
In the quote, the course is added to a service. For example, a slice of cake is either breakfast/lunch or dinner. While it's actually more in-between.
We would like to be able to either not have the course added to the service. Or be able to change the name of the service manually to remove the course.7 votes -

Meeting request send with confirmation for the Agenda.
Propose automaticly a Meeting request for the Agenda of the client with the booking dates and check-in and out dates. Automaticly updated if timming is changed in the agenda with MEWS.
To avoid any misunderstunding with booking dates and that the client have the informations automaticly in his Agenda

Es sollte möglich sein, eine Buchung direkt fest zu erstellen, anstatt den gesamten Anfrage- und Bestätigungsprozess durchlaufen zu müssen.

Auswahl Kundentyp und Veranstaltungsart
Bei manuellen Buchungen sollten nur noch die Veranstaltungsarten auszuwählen sein, die mit dem dazugehörigen Kundentypen und den dazugehörigen Eventplänen verknüpft sind.

Create an action log
It would be great if an action log would be created. That way we can see when and who the quotes are made, adjusted or send by. Similar to PMS.

Template: 3 pictures per section is too much - can hotels customize this and choose only 2 pictures to template.
