There are recurring issues with the availability of Mews Events in Mews. Examples include duplicated availability blocks, or availability being checked without validating the actual quantity of a room type when creating a quotation. As a result, we sometimes end up with more bookings than available rooms. On the other hand, cancellations of quotations are not processed correctly in Mews, causing certain rooms to be blocked unnecessarily and reducing our revenue.

Both issues directly affect the guest and the hotel, and in my view they occur too frequently. We would like a structural solution for synchronizing availability between Mews and Mews Events.
