The banking details on the quote etc are European. There is no way to put British bank details; sort code and account number. The quote is going out to our guests with no details on how to pay a deposit. We don't use BIC or IBAN no's here. There are also numbers like SIRET? Which is not something we use, so leaving it on the quote when it is blank makes the document look unprofessional and unfinished.
How the VAT is handled is complicated, I am sure different countries have different requirements.
The wording 'In a few words', and 'Further more.....' is repetitive and needs to be changed or changeable.
The £ sign should really be to the left of the amounts on all the documents – which is British standard.
There should be some sections that can be personalised for each guest.
