Add an automatic linnen change in the HK reports

Dear Leadies and Gentleman,
we also have the problem that with not checked out rooms (stay rooms) we need to give an task to the housekeeping for the small cleaning (stay) procedure. Because when we change the status to cleaned, also the next day the status is still clean when the guest is still there for another night.

We are struggling with this issue as well. Any ideas for better handling would be appreciated.
As what I can understand now we can only set a "linnen change every 2 days" IF we then disable the "make rooms dirty upon check in". Then the settings will change a room to be dirty after 2 days.
But that option is not suitable either.
Cause the rooms ARE dirty after a guest checks in
AND the Linnen should be changed after 2 days stay.
but there is a difference between "linnen change" and "departure cleaning".
There is also a very different cost of the cleaning when you use an external company. A cost we have a very hard time tracking since we can not run a report based on how many linnen change the housekeeping should have done in a period of time.
For a temporary solution an option could be for the commander app to actually show how many days a guests has stayed.

Please add an option when you check in a guest that the rooms status changes to the one that the hotel desires. We have the option for checked in rooms to change to dirty. Why can't you add checked in rooms changed to clean?
As of now you have no function for linen change.
You have decided that the way linen change is to be used in your system is by having the status dirty on staying guests.
Cool and great, except you also force us either to: have linen change on the day after the guests arrive (by having the room change to dirty by check in) or having all rooms inspected changed to clean on the same night, with or without a guest staying there, which in turn makes us either have to check the rooms again for inspected status.
As I understand your help center and university. You expect and have decided for every hotel that uses your system that they will conform to your idea how a hotel should be run. Not every hotel does a linen change everyday, even if you want us too. I am not that thrilled that you and your system dictates how our hotel should run.
You don't need to put this in your voting system. Just please start looking at your QOL. I almost would prefer if your system did nothing and we had to do everyhting by hand than forcing us your lack of automation options.

Per standard of Accor Hotels it needs to be changed every second day.
[day of arival +2+2+2+2 ... except changing day = departure day]
