Introduce monthly rates
As a short stay accommodation our guests stay at least 6 months with us. To create appropriate invoices, we are forced to combine 30/31 daily rates and move them to a new invoice. For 200 guests a year, this is really time consuming. Hopefully it will be possible to settle a fixed price for every month. This will extremely benefit the efficiency of Mews from our point of business.
Hello, monthly bookable services in Mews allow you to price your services on monthly basis: you do not have to define price for each night, you price full months and there is only one item (month) instead of 30 items (nights) on the bill.
In the coming months, the team will focus on improving the functionality for long stays (monthly reservations) and introduce pro-rating, flexible housekeeping and product posting. We are also looking into payments automation via direct debit.

It would be great to have the flexibility to have daily, weekly or monthly rates for long term stays. For long term stay properties weekly and monthly are a must. For hybrid properties that have a mix of short, weekly and monthly stays a combination of these rates would be helpful. We currently only have daily rates which shows odd monthly rates when months are 28/29/30 and 31 days long.
It also would be helpful to have these rates available in the Mews booking engine as "Weekly or Monthly" rates as well. Internally, the Mews accounting could break these down to daily rates or use "Rent Roll" so that revenue is posted at the 1st or each month. Thereby, long term stay hotels shows revenue much like apartments.
