Allow notification for all bookings delivered automatically into MEWS without any payment card details: guest card or agent vcc card
When a booking is delivered automatically into MEWS without any card payment details e.g. vcc, we require a notification to be received by email. This will allow us to retreive and enter the vcc card manually to prevent 'scheduled payment' from charging guest card by mistake.
