This is absolutely important when you have business guests because they need separate bills. Most of the times they book longer than what the company is paying so they stay with family and they do require a bill for the period the company is paying and a bill for the period the guest is paying.

It is very critically important that we can split payments. Automatic charging is now done per room but sometimes this is required for invoicing purposes especially when part of the stay is covered by the company while the guest covers the balance nights extra stayed.
