    Dear Mews Team,

    As a new member of the Mews family, we were very excited to start working with the system. However, we are quite disappointed to see that TWINT is not integrated as a payment method in Mews.

    In Switzerland, TWINT is one of the most widely used and essential payment solutions, and for us it is indispensable to be able to offer it to our guests.

    We strongly encourage Mews to consider the integration of TWINT in the near future, as this would significantly improve the payment experience for both hotels and guests in Switzerland.

    TWINT is demanded very often in switzerland as payement methode and very important to ad to MEWS Payement terminals

    Dear Mews Team,

    Following up my previous comment, could you please consider the activation of TWINT payment on the Mews Terminal? It is really suboptimal for every entity in Switzerland to not have it. TWINT is widely used and we need to keep a terminal from other card acquirer (SixPayment, Concardis) to accept TWINT payment.

    Could you please consider to activate TWINT on your terminals? As TWINT is available by Adyen (https://www.adyen.com/payment-methods/twint), it should not be any issue in provide this payment method.

    we are almost forced to integrate the payment provider twint as this payment comes after mastercard and visa. We would be happy if this is implemented in a short period of time. With our other systems this was implemented within a day, just as information.

    Please add Twint to MEWS Terminals.

    It ist the biggest Payment accquirer after Mastercard and Visa.

    Hi Mews Team,

    Twint is a very important payment method in Switzerland and Adyen is provided with this payment method on their terminal (please checkthe Adyen website).

    Of course, TWINT is available as external payment, however we need to have either another terminal that is TWINT-enable or a TWINT ribbon to let our guest to pay with this method, which is very unefficient.

    Just enabling TWINT on Adyen terminal should be a matter of a couple of minutes.

    Mews should have incentives to enable this payment method as you will be able to charge your commission on it. If the guests pays with another terminal or a TWINT ribbon, Mews will not earn any commission.
