Capture guest ID during online check-in
When guests check-in online, we still require them to come to the Front Desk to provide an ID and their home address. Capturing it during the Mews guest journey makes more sense. Guests often say "what is the point of checking in online if I have to come to the Front Desk anyway." The "online check-in" thus annoys the guests as having to do extra work.

Thank you for submitting this idea. I'm happy to say that this is on the roadmap. We are still in the exploratory phase but plan to add this functionality in the future.

Allow the guest to attach a copy of the passport at online check-in.
This feature would allow the guest to have a quicker check-in because the passport would be validated in advance by reception.
