New e-mail templates and e-mail customization options
We delivered customization of all emails which Mews send to guests.
We will start collecting new feedback for missing placeholders and other things separately

Add possibility to Add Average Nightly rate as an palceholder for emails.

I woud like it to be possible to send a small mass email to guest.
For example, if there is a large event in the area of roadworks, then it would be nice to send the guest that are staying in that period an email regarding the event our an alternative route to the hotel.

Front desk should be able to decide what is said in the emails sent to the guest, this feature is major !!!

Mews is sending email to our guest, which we cannot control. Neither the content, neither the occurance.

Emails are often the first communication that properties have with their guests, which is why it's so important to make a good impression. For this reason, many properties would like to have multiple mail templates of each type, so that you can tailor them exactly for the guests that you are contacting.
