  1. You really should be able to send SMS messages to guests. This very basic and available in PMS systems far less advanced than mews.

  2. Our desire is to only ever capture the public rates that are available via the Mews booking engine. However, the Distributor API has no flag to indicate rates that are and aren't mapped to the booking engine and we therefore have no means of filtering out non-public rates.

  3. In quotation mails for 1-5 rooms the guest/booker can see rate details (name, conditions..) but for more than 5 rooms the rate details (cancellation, payment...) are not displayed, therefore we have to send group offers for more than 5 rooms manually to show cancellation and payment conditions.

  4. For emails sent from an hourly service booking, it would be useful if the booked hours could be included in the booking details (e.g. the customer can see that they have booked a room from 9am 30/07/23 - 4pm 30/07/23). Currently only the date is shown. We are using the hourly service for our meeting room.

  5. Apple Pay stores information such as address, email, phone number on the phone of the guest. Apple Pay also allows sharing this information with 3rd party application.

    It would be great if Mews can pull this information to get the information from the guest and further automate the journey for the guest.

  6. MEWS USERS Special rates
    Would be great to have again the special offers/rates for MEWS users in properties using MEWS!
    It is an attractive benefit for employees and bonds the MEWS community.
