  2. Hi Mews Team,

    the online check out function is yet not available for all reservations. For example it is not possible to use the check out online for company reservations. We need this function available for all reservations.

    1. Enable online checkout for all reservations
    2. Guest need to change their billing adress during online check out. This is absolutely essential the prevent going customers to front office to change their company adress.
    3. The process must be easy and quick

  3. Have the ability to hide rates for the online check-in. This is required for agents (wholesale) or some OTAs (packaged rates) where the rates should not be communicated to the guests.
    This should be part of the rate configuration and also affect rate display on the confirmation emails.

  4. It would make more sense if guests could fill in all the details that are needed in the registration form during the process of creating their booking on the website, instead of by online check-in form 48 hours before check-in. This way, you will have 100% online check-in guaranteed for direct bookings.

    I am also curious about your perspective on how that could impact the conversion? If we make the booking process more complex by asking for more information, isn't that a risk that more guests would abandon before completing the purchase?

  5. Add a QR Code or so to the rooms, so the guest can use the direct chat to get in contact with the Hotel from the room and just just via the Emails.

  6. I understand how nice it is to collect more email addresses from guests, but the workflow to add companions during the online check-in process is causing most guests to not finish it.

    We (in Austria) require a name, nationality and date of birth of every companion.

    During the process, the main booker fills out his/her details, which is working very smoothly. Then the guest is asked to add companions. The guest can add a name and an email address for the companions, who then have to perform a seperate check-in process. This often does not happen, as the guest feels…

  7. The main guest should be able to invite a companion to complete Online check in regardless of whether it is required or not for the property's legal environment.

    This will allow properties who currently don't have this option to have a better check in experience for both guests staying on the reservation.

  9. It would be great if a link / website integration could be created so guests can manage their reservations by going to the hotels' website. This would be a handy feature, especially as people cannot find their confirmation mails and such from time to time.

  10. To have the possibility to make fields in the online check in Mandatory, as those are based on the legal requirement for our legal environment.
    A lot of municipals in the Netherlands are obligating the hotels to keep more records of the guests. Like document number and the fellow travelers.
    Now we have to manuelly fill this in when customer is at the reception. However, we can try to shortner this process, when we can make these fields mandotory to be filled in by the online check in. Save us, and the customer lots of time.

  13. If a guest comes often and always make the same reservation, give them the option to copy existing reservations. It makes sense to make this from the guest portal, because all of the informations are already there. They just need to switch the dates.

  15. Create an option to upsell guests with add-ons, products, services and room upgrades during the guest journey.

    Guests should be able to book additional services, products even after they create their booking.

  17. When a guest uses the online check-out he/she has no company details at all, while the company name is already in the reservation. Would be good when the guest sees the company name without being able to edit it. Otherwise he thinks the company is not in the reservation and we risk that he/she changes the guest name for the company name.

  18. When a booker makes a reservation for someone else, they can never get access to a portal where they can change the reservation, or the language for each confirmation. Or get an overview of all their reservations.

  19. a more complete overview for the guest.
    With comming and previous bookings.
    Automatically see all invoices.
    Change invoice details (adress, company name etc.).
    Change dates / bookings

    So that the guests can do everything without the need to contact us.
