Our direct Chat in room
Add a QR Code or so to the rooms, so the guest can use the direct chat to get in contact with the Hotel from the room and just just via the Emails.

build a system or a bar code or something which the hotel can keep them in the room and the guest can communicate with the front desk directly from there phone does not matter if the reservation was from the booking.com expedia or direct all can scan them and just the way the expedia has the guest info with the conversation tab the mews can provide the same so the guest if they need something they can send the message directly to mews pms and the front desk can answer the message from the mews it self.
