Email Template Scheduling
It would be great if we could choose the scheduling of the templates to the times we want. For example, Before Start email is 2 days in advance and we would like to have it 5 days in advance.
At the moment this is set up by MEWS and can not be changed!

It would be super helpful if we could decide ourselves when the automated emails are sent. It would also be great if we could add extra email templates that go out at a specific time. Plus, sending them to all guests should be possible, even if they didn’t book through the booking system.

In general making the sending process more customized would be good. It seems to be quite binary: opt in to sending email or opt out. I would like to enable / disable each template so it fits our propterty preferences

Automatic email templates for event, traffic changes,...
Template can be created with the necessary information ( + possible link)
To inform guests of events taking place during stay ( that may have an impact).
E.g. local city events that have an impact on accessibility for that arriving or departing guest.
New Year's dinner/ Party, ...These templates should then be able to be created, and linked to a future date, that all guests arriving/departing or in hotel at that time can receive an email about this ( (Automatically sent out by Mews)
