Facilitate Promotion Campaigns on booking engine and internally
It would be great to be able to
- setup public promotions / special offer campaigns like you can do on booking.com or expedia. Setup a special offer as a percentage or fixed amount discount based upon (a selection of) existing public rate, possibly with restrictions in terms of booking window and/or travel window, etc..
- setup private discounts on (a selection of) existing rates with a promo code, for example a code returning guets can enter in the booking engine to access a returning booker discount on all rates ,...
- above offers/discounts shall be also available for staff from Mews comander

I agree, we shouldn’t have to recreate all the rates with revised prices to apply a discount. It should only take about 5 minutes to create a promo code that applies a discount to the existing public rates.

I agree. We're a quarter of the way into the 21st Century and it truly should be more simple. Seems like the current process was developer created but not user tested by a broad audience of users.
