Collect business address / billing address

during check in (at reception, kiosk or online) or online check-out there need to be the option to fill in the business address.
At the moment there is only the possibility to add the personal address.
(online and at Kiosk this could be an option which is available regarding the purpose of stay - available if business)

    Addresszeile 2 sollte angezeigt werden, damit Gäste eine Firmenadresse hinterlegen können.
    Vielleicht könnte es so aussehen:
    Adresszeile 1 (Straße oder Firma)
    Adresszeile 2 (optional oder Straße der Firma)
    Postleitzahl
    Stadt
    Land

    I think it's important to not confuse leisure travellers with an option to provide company billing details during Online-CI. It should be a visible, but not interrupting or complicating the straight forward CI process. An option to provide an alternative / company billing address should be available though, at the latest during Online CO.

    I might be a bit confused, but is it even possible to add an address during online check-in? I don't see that option? Every customer that arrives in the hotel is forced to give their personal address manually. Even if they fulfilled the online check-in. So nevertheless: upvoted.

    in Mews Kiosk registration, have a tick box to that the hotel can get the info if the guest is travelling for business or leisure.

    Das wäre ein super feature! Es würde wohl merklich mehr genutzt und somit auch die Rezeption entlastet!

    It would be helpful, if the guests could fill out their company address directly at check in (registration form) with the mews operator.
    Also the same for the online check in is a company address missing.

    being able to change private address on Operator to corporate address for billing purposes.

    In these times very important. Hotels are only allowed to serve business guests and for them its not possible to do a self check out because the option to fill in the corporate adress is missing. For us it would be one of the most important development in Mews!

    "one of the requests that came up was that it should be allowed for the customer to add/update the information about the company if it is required for them.

    It would be something similar as when you are having a delivery and you are asked if the billing address is the same as the delivery address. This would be useful, especially if the hotel does not actually work on a contract level with the company, yet the guest would need a bill for that company. it would speed up things, will not be forgotten, etc."
