refuse reservation when payment fails
For Non Refundable Bookings or bookings with a payment at confirmation, refuse bookings for which payment has failed.
Currently, bookings are accepted with failed payments and only a settlement task in created. This leads to excess admin for bookings that provide no income.

If a guest books as a prepaid rate, and has insufficient funds on their card, the booking will still go through. please prevent this from happening. or at the VERY least, allow bookings to be changed from Confirmed to Optional until we can contact the guest and arrange an additional payment method or do they can transfer funds to their account.

When a booking is made at a rate which is prepaid, currently if the payment method has insufficient funds available, the booking will still be made even thou no payment is taken. Stop booking from being made, if payment method is declined on rates that are prepaid.

Agree, that this needs some kind of development. Maybe it should not be a refusal momentaraly, but automated checks (not only the first check and a task following) and notification to customer, eg one, two times and then refuse and notify guest of cancellation due to failed payment.
