Notes by department
Notes are often added to reservations and meant for a specific department. To help clarify who each message may be intended for, notes functionality could be expanded to include a field for department. This labeling could help eliminate confusion and notify each team about important information.

Notes by department with associated report to allow for better organisation and less clutter in notes field. Hotel Perfect also allows some non private note categories to be seen on the customers pre checkin journey. Hotel Perfect also allows for customised note categories e.g - Childrens names, flight times etc.

Notes by department for both the Guest Profile & Guest Reservation. High end properties need to communicate important guest preferences to various teams, housekeeping etc. This would allow messages to be filtered so they are not lost in the one single note as they can be now.

Would be good to have this option, even better when you could set to automatically create a task for this department upon a new reservation

Would also be good to have Customer notes and internal notes. Customer notes could then be added to confirmations to confirm dinner / spa etc.

Would be very useful to specify information to each department separately. Hopefully in progress soon!
