Define customer communication language
In many countries, there are multiple official languages, meaning that nationality cannot reliably be used to determine a guest's preferred language for communication. A field for default communication language could then be added to customer profile to ensure consistency in all correspondence and also to prevent guests from receiving messages that they don't understand.

It is quite time unpractical to need to change language for invoice all the time.
Our property is in dutch but we have countless foreign costumers. Furthermore for obvious reasons we cannot provide an invoice to client in language he does not understand.
If all the client information is filled in including country of origin and native language.I believe it would be quite simple to fix this. -

I have been addressing this issue for years.
There is also no possibility to change language in the mews profile. -
