    good idea - needed either in periods of very high demand, or in destinations/periods with rather low demand and therefor very dynamic rates.

    in case guest is closing the bill during online check-out he is offered to fill in the Company name and the company billing address.

    more flexibilitzy for product routing - i.e. linked to a company profile: company profile IBM receives routing for b&B; whereas company profile Siemens receives routing for B&B&City Tax, and then TA (Company) profile xyz receives routing for all charges.

    Correct in particular external payments through Wire transfer over month end should be registered in the PMS in the same mointh as on the bank account. This would reduce the reconciliation required tio balance Bank statement vs PMS payment type.

    Thank you for voting for this idea!

    Now, you can see exactly how many spaces are free (the number is positive) or overbooked (it’s negative) on the space categories level with the improved Occupancy and Availability reports.
