Add some more options on the cancellations report to be able to forecast the expected number of cancellations for a period of time, an event, or similar. Ideas...
1) report based on consumption date instead of cancellation date : the intention is to analyze how far in advanced from arrival date are we getting cancellations so we can forecast the number of rooms we can overbook.
2) filter by day of week to find trends based on which days of the week do we receive more cancellations, or which days of the week are most impacted by cancellations (day of arrival).
