Impove Timeline visual appearance for improved working conditions & accessibility
We're new to MEWS and whilst the functionality is brilliant (thank you), our front of house team really struggle with the visual appearance of the timeline. Spending lots of screen time on a screen with poor visual appearance and contrasts is not healthy and inefficient as it is difficult to see the timeline at a glance - please could you look at improving visual contrasts both colours and lines between dates/spaces for improved accessibility.
Thank you very much

That is a wonderful idea.
We have to put "internal" everytime for checked in guests and take it out after they check out. Either check mark next to name, or differentiate it by color, f.e. in green color all the paid reservations... I think all the hostels would really appreciate this feature as many guests extend their stay and pay later or other xy circumstances.... -

It would be better for reception to have the line between the different cateogiers thicker so that you can see better when a new category starts.

please give us the choise to put color at our reservation depending on the channel the reservation was made or the segment in order to be easier visually to understand what type of reservation we look.

Currently, you can distinguish reservations on Timeline by once that are checked-in or not. However, with this feature, you will have a better visual difference between departures, arrivals and more.

While looking at the timeline, there is a lot of information represented there, which can make it difficult to navigate. Introduction of a fast and easy search function could help simplify your investigations as you could immediately identify guests, space numbers, and more.
