    By integrating VIES to Mews, a user would be able to search for company details upon entering a European VAT number. This feature would function similarly to how the address search works, auto-filling required data while issuing invoices to help save time and ensure reliable data.

  2. Stay Service order generates notification

    Stay services are offered to make guests feel comfortable and pampered, and with the provision of these amenities, guest will feel more relaxed and satisfied throughout their stay. For this reason, it is important that orders are attended to as soon as possible. Enabling notifications for stay service orders means that your staff will be alerted about these orders immediately, allowing you to provide excellent customer service at all times.

  4. Add Minimum nights filter in Reservation report

    "For properties who would like to gather and view more statistics about length of stay, our reservation report would be a great tool for comparing these details. With an additional filter for 'Minimum number of nights', data analysis can become much easier as you can select exactly which items you would like to view."

  8. View customer classifications from NRS

    "In the new reservation screen, as users are adding customer data, it could be difficult to identify any important classifications that were previously added, as they are not visible from that screen. Making customer classifications clearly visible in this screen could help eliminate some confusion or highlight information that is important for your team to know."

  11. Autofocus dashboard search box

    To save users from an additional click, Mews could enable autofocus on the Dashboard search bar. This would automatically focus that input to that search, meaning that while users are on the Dashboard page, users could start typing and search would begin automatically.
