    Setup automatic creation of invoice for long stays based on the payment calendar

  2. Rate split tooltip in NNRS

    Right now, it is only possible to check rate totals when creating a new reservation. Even then, the total price is shown based only on the currently selected rate for stay and products added. A rate query tool would be a great option to help clarify and check prices, availability, and restrictions that may apply to different rates, with or without certain products. This additional functionality could also help revenue, sales, and marketing departments to save time and streamline their efforts.

  3. Select or add card on NRS for automatic settlement

    When making a reservation through the NRS, I would like to select the credit card or enter the details of the guest's credit card when making the reservation. Right now, I need to make the reservation and then add it separately

    While looking at the timeline, there is a lot of information represented there, which can make it difficult to navigate. Introduction of a fast and easy search function could help simplify your investigations as you could immediately identify guests, space numbers, and more.

  9. Sticky headers in RMS

    Our Rate Managment Screen (RMS) could be quite complicated and contains a lot of important data. General managers and revenue managers must interpret these details as they decide on rate pricing for their properties. For this reason, sticky headers could help clarify which data you are looking at, keeping the title of each column and row stationary as you scroll through all pricing details and make any necessary adjustments.

  12. Manager Report Overview to include forecast

    The Mews Manager report is a great overview including data and figures about your daily operations. An expansion of this report could include even more valuable details, such as additional budget summaries, date-to-date comparisons, and the next month forecast to help plan your upcoming rate management.

    Add the calendar to the Commander app, to be able to jump to a date other than today.It's in the report, so add it to app too. Used for planning by HSK executive.

  20. VIES VAT number validator

    By integrating VIES to Mews, a user would be able to search for company details upon entering a European VAT number. This feature would function similarly to how the address search works, auto-filling required data while issuing invoices to help save time and ensure reliable data.
