  2. Start a new conversation with a guest. Now we can only receive messages from guests and reply when they started the conversation but not the other way around.

  3. Store the vaccination status so that it is clear and obvious at check-in whether the vaccination status is known or needs to be queried.

  4. Add digital signature to the registration card of the guest if the guest did this beforehand. Now when printing the filled in details are there, but not the signature.

  7. I want the commander app to allow me to scan passports and add it to customer profiles

  8. I am looking to use the Mews system to write messages to guests using the email addresses of guests that are logged in to the Mews system. Although I have Admin Rights I can't set up messaging to individual guests. Wanted to do this to communicate around cancellation arrangements for example which is something of a major current task.
