Where we can, we'll move ideas around to group them as intuitively as possible for the product managers working on the PMS.

  8. When making a reservation through the NRS, I would like to select the credit card or enter the details of the guest's credit card when making the reservation. Right now, I need to make the reservation and then add it separately

  10. Right now, it is only possible to check rate totals when creating a new reservation. Even then, the total price is shown based only on the currently selected rate for stay and products added. A rate query tool would be a great option to help clarify and check prices, availability, and restrictions that may apply to different rates, with or without certain products. This additional functionality could also help revenue, sales, and marketing departments to save time and streamline their efforts.

  12. Stay services are offered to make guests feel comfortable and pampered, and with the provision of these amenities, guest will feel more relaxed and satisfied throughout their stay. For this reason, it is important that orders are attended to as soon as possible. Enabling notifications for stay service orders means that your staff will be alerted about these orders immediately, allowing you to provide excellent customer service at all times.

"In the new reservation screen, as users are adding customer data, it could be difficult to identify any important classifications that were previously added, as they are not visible from that screen. Making customer classifications clearly visible in this screen could help eliminate some confusion or highlight information that is important for your team to know."
