Dissociate permission to charge a credit card and permission to refund on a credit card
It would be very useful to be able to separate (1) the permission to charge a credit card online or via Mews Terminal and (2) the permission to refund (partially or all) a payment via a tokenized credit card for a given user (or a given group of user). For example front office agents should be able to charge a credit card online or via Mews Terminal but should not be permitted to make any refunds (which are to be restricted to a manager).

It would be very useful to dissociate the permission for a given user to charge credit card online and accept payment via Mews Terminal and the permission to reimburse a client on a credit card via Mews. A front agent should be able to charge and accept payment but NOT to reimburse part or all of a payment to a customer.
Currently it is not possible to dissociate these permissions allowing many errors regarding payments and reimbursements. -

Modify user permission (Charge Cards online) - It would be good to have our Reception team be able to take payments but not process refunds. This should be done by Management only.
