When a reservation rate code is changed the segment assigned to that rate code should automatically be applied to the reservation.
Segments are attached to rate codes in the settings of Mews. The segment attached to a rate code should always be attached to reservations with that rate code. Currently when users change the rate code of a reservation it retains the original segment. Additionally, users should not be able to change a segment on a reservation as this should be locked to the rate code.

We have rates in the wrong segments constantly b/c users are (accidentally) changing the segment on individual reservations. it's skewing data in all connected systems - and it can't be fixed after checkout. There should never be an option to change the segment that a front desk agent can see. Revenue Team has already set the segment onto the rate plan. It should be locked.

Every revenue system or other applications that are using the segments are giving wrong data by this malfunction.. This issue should be taken as a bug instead of suggestion..
